Cancellation Policy

Donations: All donations made to the Rotary Club of New Town are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a donation is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or reversed.

Duplicate/Erroneous Transactions: In case of accidental duplicate donations or errors, please notify us within 7 working days at 📧 info@rotarynewtown.com or 📞 +91 99945 00942. We will review and resolve such cases promptly.

Event Registrations:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund or credit (depending on expenses already committed).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Membership Fees: Membership subscriptions/fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
