As a charitable organization, the Rotary Club of New Town generally does not provide refunds. However:
- Donations: All donations are final and non-refundable.
- Duplicate Payments/Errors: If you made a duplicate donation or experienced a transaction error, please notify us within 7 working days. We will review and resolve such cases.
- Event Registrations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before an event may be considered for a refund, depending on expenses already incurred. Refund will be 3-4 working days.
